Delivery time

We dispatch parts ordered and in stock on working days within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

Our shipping service providers are DPD and Deutsche Post.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch your order in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Retoure

Ordered incorrectly, delivery defective or expectations not met?

We simply take back unused parts in their original packaging within the first 2 weeks.

Parts fitted by way of trial, improperly installed parts or parts damaged by improper installation are excluded from returns and complaints.
