We simply take back unused parts in their original packaging within the first 2 weeks.

Parts fitted by way of trial, improperly installed parts or parts damaged by improper installation are excluded from returns and complaints.

In the event of complaints about installed engine parts, proof of correct installation must be enclosed.

If it is a guarantee or warranty case, please contact our sales team by e-mail at anfrage@motorfeuer.de.

After you have completed our returns form, you will receive an e-mail with further information. You must print out the form, sign it and send it back to us together with the parts / items.

If you do not have a printer available, please contact us at info@motorfeuer.de . We will also be happy to send you the form by post.

After checking your return, we will transfer your money back to you within 14 days.

Unpaid, unstamped shipments will not be accepted. The postage for a return shipment is to be borne by the buyer.

Please always return the goods to us in their original packaging and securely packed.
